In this 6-week small group led by Bob, you’ll learn how to move beyond knowing about God to actually experiencing His presence. Each 1-hour live session combines honest teaching, open conversation, and practical tools that help you quiet the mind, release what’s blocking your heart, and connect with God on a personal, experiential level.

You’ll apply heart-centered steps between sessions that build peace, confidence, and connection. Transformation begins from your heart—where what’s hidden is healed and what’s true becomes alive.

Limited to 12 participants—small on purpose, so there’s space for real connection and lasting change.

Week 1

Awakening the heart

We’ll move from head-knowledge to heart-belief, learning how to truly experience what God says about you rather than just knowing it intellectually. This first week sets the stage for freedom by opening your heart to receive truth in a new way.

Week 2

The power of imagination

God gave us imagination as a tool to picture His truth until it becomes real in our lives. You’ll practice using your imagination to replace fear-filled thoughts with images of hope, peace, and confidence.

Week 3

Reprogramming the heart

Old lies often run on repeat, shaping how we see ourselves and others. This week, you’ll learn how to identify those lies and replace them with new, life-giving beliefs that reset the direction of your heart.

Week 4

Living from the secret place

Discover the safety and peace that come from living anchored in God’s presence. Together, we’ll explore how to make this “secret place” a daily refuge where fear and anxiety lose their grip.

Week 5

Heart-coherence

When what you believe, feel, and do line up, life becomes effortless instead of exhausting. This session helps you align your inner world so that peace, clarity, and purpose flow naturally.

Week 6

Living the transformed life

The final week is about carrying your heart transformation into the future. You’ll leave with a new sense of hope, a clear vision for what’s ahead, and the tools to keep living free, confident, and connected to God’s truth.

We’ll be closely following the 30-day program Dr. Jim has created, and you will need to download and follow along with it throughout the LABS. The good news? You don’t need to purchase it separately—two months of access are included in your LABS registration.

Between sessions, you’ll receive simple, practical assignments designed to deepen your experience and make transformation stick.

Between sessions, you’ll be following Dr. Jim Richards’ 30-day plan, which includes daily teaching and guided meditations designed to activate your heart, renew your beliefs, and deepen your personal connection with God. This rhythm allows you to experience transformation both individually and in community.

What if I can’t make every live session?

No problem. Each session will be recorded so you can revisit the material or catch up anytime.

Each Lab is intentionally limited to 12 participants to create space for personal attention, safety, and meaningful connection.
